We are traveling on Oceania Cruise Line’s Vista. It was built in 2023 and is one of their newest ships. The Allura is scheduled to be launched in late 2027. We have been impressed with the quality of the ship, food , entertainment and service except for the embarking in Miami. See a prior post. But at the cocktail party last night the General Manager publicly acknowledged that they messed up and said they took full responsibly and would improve from this experience. In my opinion it was a mark of a good operation.
