Two lectures today. One on Patagonia Wildlife including seals and penguins. The second on Symbolism of traditional South American Costume including hats, scarves, ponchos, and even soccer jerseys.
The two shows this evening were also very good. First was Emilio Valle playing the guitar. He played songs from some of the best guitarists to ever play rock music including Santana, Prince and others. The second show was Lou Gazzara who was a finalist on the second session of American Idol, and playing in Las Vegas with numerous awards over the past twenty plus years. Apparently one of his latest gigs in Vegas was as a singer in the group The FOURmers. His part was Frankie Valle and as needed for this part had a range of five octaves.
Sorry, no pictures today.
